The Designer – Adam Lynch

Adam studied an Associate Degree in Design (Furniture) at RMIT, then went on to do his honours in Industrial Design also at RMIT. He launched Dowel Jones with close friend Dale Hardiman in 2013.

Being based in Melbourne allows Adam to stay at the forefront of all things design. He has become known in the community for his unique approach to design and marketing genius.

Every project, product, commission or photo shoot is always informed by the last experience and what Adam has learnt from it. His aesthetic is building as he develops as a designer.

Adam Lynch, one half of dynamic duo behind Dowel Jones, is a local Australian furniture designer and maker.

Adam aims to simplify his furniture to the bare essentials without compromising on its aesthetic values.

Delivery is between normal business hours of 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday.

Lead times are as stated, any variation on the stated lead times will be advised as soon as possible by The Local Project or Catapult Design.

Large volume orders will be offered significant discounts as we pass the production savings onto our customers.

Warranty

The Local Project offers a 2-year warranty on all furniture and lighting from Catapult Design, however, Catapult Design accessories do not have a warranty.

Refunds

The Local Project and Catapult Design will provide a full refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. If the problem is not major, Catapult Design will repair the item within a reasonable time.

A refund cannot be provided if change of mind occurs with the purchaser, however, credit can be given provided manufacturing of the product has not commenced.

Cancellation of a Product

For trade and retail orders of this product; a cancellation fee of between 50% and 70% will apply to all orders upon commencement of manufacture. A cancellation fee will not be applied if the product is in stock.
