Alexander &CO. is a Sydney based Architectural and Interior Design Company specialising in both commercial and residential projects of the highest quality. Established from a local café in 2013 the firm’s chronology of projects has quickly grown in line with their developing structures and capability.
Alexander &CO. have extensive experience in offering full project services from conceptualisation and brand vision, to construction, procurement and contract administration. Works range from bespoke residential developments to multi million dollar commercial buildings.
The firm’s size has ensured its ability to stay agile an design focused. Their projects encompass civic, residential, hospitality and retail. The one constant is that they hope they are delivered without compromise.
The home is an exploration of ‘the unfinished’, and is the result of various alterations over time.
The Park House Food Merchants by Alexander & Co. has been conceived as a loft style art warehouse, a sympathetic attempt to reconcile the old Mona Vale Hotel on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
The three level Imperial Hotel Erskineville by Alexander & Co. is a ‘palace of pleasure’. The design is dynamically programmed and responsive, turning from dining to dance floor with ease.
Stanton & CO. by Alexander & Co. is a restaurant interior fit out of an existing heritage shell. The project explored various timber panelling, joinery and metal structures.
