New York City, USA

Almost everyday they rise before the crack of dawn to build the city that never sleeps. From the freezing cold to the blistering heat, in rain, hail or snow they are down underground or at dizzying heights fabricating the skyline.

The unglamorous tales of people involved in construction are often left untold. We never see the dust, noise, heavy lifting or makeshift toilets in the corner of the 90 million dollar penthouse. Each episode of Mad Men valiantly pursues the overlooked parables of those who contribute to the bloodthirsty capitalist machine that is New York City.
