AILA Cultivate: Long Table #2
The Cultivate Committee will host it’s second event in its Long Table series, a conversation on gender equity led by Simone Bliss, Cassandra Chilton, Justine Clark and Gill Matthewson.
The Long Table series is a programme of events initiated by AILA Cultivate – a sub-committee of AILA Victoria.
AILA Cultivate opens the dialogue around alternative and expanded modes of landscape architectural practice through conversations, events, workshops and collaborations with other disciplines, including fine arts, architecture, engineering, industrial and interior design, film and publishing.
Each event in the Long Table series features a conversation about the practice and its relationship to the field of landscape.
The 28th August discussion will be focused on gender equity, to highlight the AILA Gender Equity Project recently co-launched with Parlour. The conversation will be led by Simone Bliss (Director, SBLA), Cassandra Chilton (Principal, Rush Wright Associates, Hotham Street Ladies), Justine Clark (editor and co-founder of Parlour) and Gill Matthewson (Lecturer, Monash University, co-founder of Parlour).
